Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Isaiah 40:30-31

The imagery of soaring like eagles conveys the idea of freedom, rising up over the storms of life, and gaining a new perspective on our challenges.

Sometimes life feels like a marathon, weariness and fatigue often accompanying the ups and the downs, as well as the potholes and long dry bits on this road. However, Isaiah assures us that with divine support, we can indeed "run and not grow weary" even when it's tough.

Sometimes life just amounts to "walking and not fainting", conveying the idea that endurance is required. Every step counts, and sometimes endurance is all about simply moving forward, no matter how small the steps may seem.

At EWCC we want to support you on your journey to rise up over the challenges of life and to soar like the eagle.

If you wish to involve God in your journey, I am comfortable and qualified to explore this with you.
